State-of-the-art welding systems capable of performing a variety of processes
Bergamini is highly specialised in the assembly by welding technology of different types of material, with state-of-the-art equipment and staff who have the technical skills to carry out various types of work. Staff are constantly kept up to date and qualified to obtain licences and certifications.
Types of welding
Electric tack welding
Tack welding allows two metal parts to be welded in contact, resulting in fast welding.
Manual welding
Welding is entrusted to staff working on fixed stations using MIG, MAG, TIG technologies. The use of state-of-the-art machinery (Fronius) allows high-quality welds to be obtained.
Robotised welding islands
Fully automating the welding process requires careful programming, a specially designed bush system and the robot will perform the same operation, with repeated accuracy from one part to the next, increasing the productivity and speed.
