Sheet metal panelling is a folding operation for folding medium to large panels, with particularly narrow folding angles or very complex sequential bends.

RAS XTL BEND semi-automatic panel bender machine
The semi-automatic panel bender machine uses a folding machine which allows thesheet metal to be folded directly in positive and negative. Various types of folds, such as radial folds, can be performed with this machine, this folding method allows scratches and abrasions of the sheet metal to be avoided, ensuring a high level of aesthetic quality.

Automatic SALVAGNINI P2 panel bender

The Salvagnini P2 panel bender features a new “CUT” option: the cutting blade (shear) overlaps the lower folding blade, allowing the machine to make multiple parts. The usefulness of this function makes items which would be unsuitable for a panelling machine feasible, as the structures are made on the same strip of material, which is folded and cut in a single process, and its ideal field of use is in kit production.Finished products
